1) No refunds/exchanges
2) Please be 100% sure before making your purchase, including the address for delivery are complete and accurate.
3) All items are brand new
4) As we are a new startup, we do not offer international shipping.
5) Please note that most items listed on Cherry Kids come in only one piece, and therefore orders will be taken on a first come first serve basis
6) The colours of the clothing may turn out to differ slightly from the actual piece due to lighting and colour resolution of computer screens/camera during photography
7) As items are mostly factory overruns, cancelled orders, shelf pull-outs or delayed shipment, some labels may be snipped or defaced in a way to differentiate them from those sold in full-priced retail stores
8) We will reserve your article for 2 days and will release it back for sale if we do not hear from you
9) Free postage with purchase above RM200
10) We have the right to release the booking / refund your money if the item is out of stock
11) We are not responsible for any lost or damage to mail during the delivery process. Therefore Registered Mail is highly recommended
